彩钢板风淋门适用说明

    彩钢板风淋门使用说明书

 

一、风淋门用途

为了保证外界的尘埃不带入洁净工作区内,在洁净房入口处配置风淋室,让进入洁净工作区的人员及货物经过风淋处理,从而有效的控制洁净区的尘粒数,在规定级别内保证工作区的产品质量

 

二、   风淋门使用说明

为了保证风淋室的正常工作,保持净化车间的洁净环境,请您按正确方法使用风淋室设备。

(1)   在进入风淋室前,打开电源。

(2)   调节“数显时间计数器”的时间,一般设计为10-15秒,此为风淋室吹淋时间

(3)   进入风淋室内,让门关闭。感应器启动风机开始工作,风机按设定的时间吹淋完毕后自动停机,您不必按任何按钮。风淋室的时间可一般设定在10-15秒。也可根据实际情况自行设定。

(4)   吹淋完毕,打开另一扇门出来。禁止风淋室工作中开门。

(5)   风淋室内有人吹淋时,禁止打开门;风淋室门关闭好后,方可开门入内

 四、风淋门一般故障的处理方法

风淋室不吹淋有以下几种原因,您可按以下步骤检查:

1)首先检查电源开关和时间控制器是否处于开启状态,如两个原因都不是,则应检查电路、漏电开关是否合上。

2IC电路板所配置的FUSE保险管是否熔断,如是保险管熔断则需更换4A的保险管。

3)检查微动开关是否动作,如无动作,应更换微动开关。

4)如交流接触器不工作时,则影响吹淋,需更换交流接触器。

5)若电路板不能输出信号于交流接触器线圈,则需换IC线路板。

6)风淋室正在吹淋时不准强制开门,若遇紧急意外情况,可按关掉电源。
